Laurent Minguez will surprise you. He is young and therefore, has much more energy than any of the old guard one expects to encounter within the Florida marketplace he covers. But his knowledge of his industry and overall geographic area is vast. Additionally, he offers cogent responses to any/all questions posed, gets back to his customer immediately... and when he is needed, Laurent is there. He even helped me with moving certain personal materials which were not to be entrusted to a moving company. I view Laurent as a true professional. He "gets it." He has great listening skills, exhibits patience beyond his years (i.e. during the annoying contract signing back-and-forth regimen) and overall, is a very nice person.
